Chef's Reunion Dinner - January 19, 2013

On January 19th, 2013, Justin Woodward and Rosio Sanchez presented an exclusive collaboration dinner at Castagna. These two chefs are long-time friends and culinary colleagues. The one-night menu reflected their shared restaurant experience - both worked in the kitchens of Copenhagen's Noma and NYC's wd~50 and both have a shared interest in experimental cooking techniques, minimalism, and seasonality. This special evening was one of many nights at Castagna that captured the spirit and passion of Chef Woodward's belief in crafting a unique experience out of NW ingredients.
